What is this site?
This web site is a live Demo for our proprietary software system
called the Real Estate Listing Manager®, which allows Realtors
and their Agents the ability to manage their listings online with no
html experience required. The site contains fictitious homes and
Realty Agents to give you a real-time feel of how the system actually works.
Picture this as YOUR web site (http://www.yourdomain.com) which is showcasing YOUR real estate listings,
on your own web server (minus any advertisements and pages that are specific to the Demo).

How does the system work?
Let's say you are an Independent Realtor, or a Realty Agency and you have 5 Agents working for you,
you would create 5 new Agent accounts in your Admin section
which allows each Agent to login to the system with their username
and password. Once logged in, your team can start
adding new listings to the database by simply filling out an online form with
the home information and clicking a button. Voila! The new home is
instantly visible on the web site to millions of potential home buyers.
Now the user can upload as many pictures as they want of the home via
an easy to use online form.

Where are the Admin features located?
The magic starts when you login as Admin via the Agent Login
link found on the top menu system. There you will find all of the backend
administration features that allow you to manage the web site from various
control panel screens. Go ahead, give it a try, the username and password
are already filled in for your convenience. You can Add, Modify and Delete
listings, upload pictures, change pricing, select which homes you want
featured on the home page, change the site colors, change the types of
homes you offer, change the company information, send a Form Letter
email to a client, add a new link to the side menu, edit an existing web
page and much more. Note: The web site is updated every hour on the
hour with the default settings, so if you happen to be making changes
at the top of the hour, strange results may occur :)

How does the system benefit a Realtor, Broker or multiple Agents?
A Realtor, Broker or multiple Agents can now manage their listings with ease from their web
browser. It's so easy to add a new listing, even their secretary can
manage the web site on a daily basis without having to know any
html or programming. Imagine being away from the office and
being able to manage your listings in real-time. Simply login to the
system from any computer in the world that has an internet connection
and a web browser, and you can easily Add, Modify or Delete your
listings with one click of a button.

Your Visitors can utilize the following features:
- Search your listings with specific search criteria such as
price range or city. They can even search your listings for
certain home and community features such as if the home
has a Pool, or if the home is located near a Golf Course.
- Visitors can browse all listings sorted by price,
number of bedrooms, number of baths, square footage and
City
- Visitors can use the My Homes feature which allows them to tag
their favorite homes and remember them on a separate web page
for future reference.
- Visitors can use the Contact Us form to email you their questions
about your listings, and if they have homes that were remembered
by the My Homes feature, it will automatically fill in the contact form
with the homes they selected for ease of reference.
- Visitors can use the javascript Mortgage Calculator located next to each
home for fast calculations of projected monthly payment. The form
is automatically filled in with the dollar amount of the home they are
viewing.
- Visitors can send a listing to a friend by using the
Email A Friend feature which will automatically send their friend
information about the home.
- Visitors can click on a link that will show them a map
of where the home is located using the Yahoo Map service.
- Visitors can sign up for the Notify Me service which will
automatically email them when a new home was added to the
database that matches their preferences.
- Visitors can easily contact a Realtor or Agent from the Meet Our Agents screen
Your Agents can utilize the following features:
- Login with their username and password for secure administration
- Edit their profile page with their contact and bio information
- Upload a picture of themselves which is displayed on their profile page
- Create new listings with ease by simply filling out a form with the home specifications and clicking a button,
the home is instantly on the web site ready for show.
- Upload as many pictures as they want for each home they list
- Modify the information for each home when specifications change such as pricing.
- Add and remove certain homes that they want featured on the home page.
- Send mail to their customers by using the Form Letter tool.
They can select which homes they want emailed to their customers, and
then the system will automatically fill in the Form Letter with the information
of the homes they selected for fast and easy lead generation and follow-up.
- Add a potential home buyer to the Notify Me list, which will
automatically email the client whenever a new home is added to the
database that matches their preferences.
- Create iFlyers (HTML Email Flyers) to send to potential customers
complete with pictures and color.
The Administrator can utilize the following features:
The Administrator can utilize the same features as an Agent listed above,
with a few extra goodies found below.
- Create new Agent accounts assigning them their username and password
- Edit and delete Agent accounts
- View how many properties each Agent has listed on the site
- Reassign Agents to different properties
- View the Master Screen which allows the Admin to view all properties
on one screen where they can edit the Price, Status (Active, Pending, Sold),
reassign agents to different properties, and select which homes they want
featured on the home page, by just one click of a button!.
- Edit the Company contact information that displays on the web site
- Edit the color scheme of the site on-the-fly making it easy to change
the look and feel of the site in one easy step.
- Edit individual web pages that were created using the template system.
- Create new links on the side menu and change their display order.
- Modify the types of homes they offer on the web site. i.e. Single Family,
Vacant Land, Duplexes, etc with one click of a button.
